Question about casting ps3

hey guys im new to these forums

ive just started casting live ps3 games and i was watching youtube vids that said u cannot cast in HD quality ?

Monitor with a HDMI cable(also connection in monitor)
double RCA cable
2 RCA splitters
ps3 standard RCA cable

whats a good upload speecd for live broadcasting games?

Don't you need to use a recorder for sites like YouTube?
