I posted before mentioning my order is stuck on "Order Received" since black friday morning. Never had this issue before. I was told to contact them via phone and couldn't reply to the previous thread as it was closed. I've been calling since Friday morning, about 20/30 calls and no one picks up the phone. Also submitted a ticket on Friday and this morning.
Sorry to post here i'm just wondering if there is an issue with my order, no hate either. I always have an amazing experience with OCUK but want to make sure that there hasn't been an issue with the order as it's a birthday present for a family member.
