Merry Christmas to you all, hope you are enjoying the festive season.
I've ordered the mATX version of the board I wanted in my new PC, obviously can't phone up..
I've left a post in the Customer Service forum with my order details, the URL to the wrong board and URL to the right board asking for it to be swapped and also my phone number should they need to contact me.
The delivery is 28th so a bit of a predicament there and I can't find details of when the customer service line is open again.
Does anyone know when OC reopens and do you think I've done all I can to maximise my chances of it being swapped?? How efficient is the CS forum section?
