I just bought one of these off of ****, cheaper than usual, unused aswell.

However, are all e6600`s conroe cores? If not which is the best core?

EDIT: just realised i cant say that word apparentally? and some people have had trouble from there, just aswell i have not actually paid for it yet!

E4300 / E6300 / E6400 - 2Mb L2 Allendale
E6600 / E6700 / X6800 - 4Mb L2 Conroe

Though 6300 / 6400 have actual Conroe cores just with half L2 disabled.

Yes, all are Conroe cores, with 4MB L2 cache.

All Conroes are Dual Core CPU's. They are all very good. But beware of buying from an auction site. Thread HERE that may persuade you otherwise...

If the seller put it on site without immediate payment method then you don't have to pay for it right away.

Mate if you want to pull out of the deal just come up with an excuss and say it keeps giving an error page every time i try to pay and get your processor from OcUK.

Lol , i could say that!

cant wait to get it up and running......

Your morals are no better than your of grammar or spelling. I feel certain that Overclockers UK would not wish to gain sales by encouraging its customers to rat on their commitments.

You're a naughty boy. :(
