Question about higher FSB and lowering multis

Hi

My current OC is 291x 11 = 3200 @ 1.48 vcore under prime

Now if I lower the multi nad increase the FSB to.

320 x 10 = 3200 will I need more vcore or will it work on the setting.

as I see people loweing thier multis to get higher clocks, (yes mine the same clock but its and example).

The clock will be fine with same amount of vcore as before. The issue would be if your Northbridge couldn't handle the higher FSB. You may also see a performance increase with the added Bandwidth.

I have just done a google, and found an interesting read. The increased FSB (bandwidth is nothing in real world apps.)
