Having just recently got back from Canada where i picked up a 16gb ipod touch for a good price...paid about £180 for it due to my bro having some gift cards from his work place. Absolutely love it, brilliant piece of kit and find it much much better than my video ipod that i gave to my bro.

Anyways dunno if its me or something but i have all my music on the ipod and have a 'on the go' playlist...which works fine but everytime i go to synch it with itunes...for some odd reason itunes keeps placing another 'on the go' playlist which is empty. So now my other on the go playlist is named on the go 1. But the problem is that after synching, i cannot edit my original on the go playlist. If i want to edit or move tracks around i have to synch it again with itunes and do it from there which sucks if you ask me. My video ipod never did this so dont know why itunes does this with the ipod touch.

Now is there any way i can sort this problem out or am i stuck with it...as i said before i could do it through itunes but that means everytime i want to add a new tune or move them around i have to synch it. Or i could delete the playlist and make a new one but again its the hassle of doing it.

Anyone know or have any ideas??

I know that on every ipod i've used everytime you connect with itunes it takes whatever is currently in your on the go playlist and saves it as a new playlist.

Normally I just goto the playlists view, select the last on the go list I was using hold the select button and it adds all the songs from it to the new blank on the go list on the ipod, then I can add additional new tracks in the normal way.

I've not tried this on a touch but I'd assume it still works.

Its not the most elegant solution but I've never found anything better.
