question about logitech mx5000

so i managed to get this keyboard, but i've got no bluetooth adapter, checked on ebay, they are on a cheap side, but they're in USA, so sending costs quite a bit and of course waiting is another thing.
Is it possible to connect this keyboard using universal bluetooth adapter or i need logitech one?

I still own that keyboard with the laser mouse bundle.

The logitech adapter does have a quick connect button on it but it also acts as a generic bluetooth adapter to connect other devices.

I'll go through my bits and bobs but I don't think I have a generic BT adapter to test it for you. I would imagine you could get away with a cheap generic adapter, you'd have to manually connect it by "adding a bluetooth device" and pressing the connect key on the keyboard to pair it.

Sorry mate I don't have one to test with the keyboard and mouse, I have looked. You get free P&P so a dongle from here should only be £3-4 anyway
