Question about migration.

I used to be with Pipex for 4 years until they started throttling p2p. I asked and got a Mac code from them, and rather foolishly joined EvolutionDSL, who have been rubbish.

Anyway Pipex gave me the Mac code on the 19th April and I joined Evo on the same day, EvolutionDSL billed my credit card...

Now the service as I say was so bad with evo I requested a Mac.. I got it 3rd May.

I am going to migrate now to either Zen/Nildram/eclipse. The mac code is valid until 01/06/06

Question is can I now migrate to another isp or would I be in breach of contract? I have already paid for the month? so am I covered? they arent getting any more money from me so the next payment due.. 26 May is gonna be canceled.

Am I ok to go here? How does this work?

Do I have to be with them a month before I migrate to another isp? or becuase I have already paid, can I go now? or soon?

It's fine, you can migrate. So long as you paid for the 1 month, you have fulfilled your duty under the contract. You can trust me on this one from a legal point of view .
