So I spent just over 1k for a shiny pc a few months ago. Last sunday the damn thing died on my. I've contacted OC and they arranged for the whole thing to be sent in for repair. Royal Mail picked up my PC last firday at 9am. I just checked my RMA page in my account to see if OC have received the delivery, nope. 
How long does it normally take Royal Mail to deliver something as expensive as a top end pc? Also, for those that have went through a RMA with OC, how long do they normally take?
