Question about OcUk Building a PC.

If I were to ask OcUk to build my PC, would they setup the watercooling rads, waterblock, tubing VGA waterblock? All that stuff, and I'm guessing they would leave out filling the reservoir so nothing gets wet?

I'm quite sure they would leave the water/fluid out and send you a new bottle for you to fill up when you get it.
