MB - Intel® Socket 1151 for 6th Generation Core™
Processor - i7-7700K 4.2GHz (Kaby Lake) Socket LGA1151
Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-24000C15 3000MHz Dual

I've tried using the board to overclock, but its only given me 10% boost (4.6Ghz)

Is there a reparable program I could use to boost the processor further?

Possibly see if there's a bios update available, the board you linked to a z170 for skylake, rather than a z270 for kaby lake

What bios settings are you using

My setup is similar to yours (Same CPU), except I have the Z270E as oppose to your Z270F motherboard...so I don't know if the BIOS is any different.

Is this what your BIOS looks like? If so, I assume you used the EZ Tuner Wizard?

Edit:- Noticed I didn't actually finish posting.

I've only overclocked mine to 4.8Ghz currently, my system is fan cooled, just haven't spent the time on it to push further.

The below screenshot is what my manual settings under the "Ai Tweaker" menu, you may need a different amount of Voltage...but you can just test that.

This BIOS is relatively new to me, so I haven't quite tweaked everything...I generally just try to set my Core Voltage as low as possible and Prime95 test my system for stability.
