The 360 does, as far as i know if it works with Windows Media Player it will work on the 360.
 
Aye. Using the windows media connect stuff I can stream my mp3s off my wireless laptop whilst I play games.
All 360 games have it built in that if you play custom music the game switches off ingame music but leaves sound effects on.
Using the 360 Blade you can switch tracks / albums without having to stop what your doing in game as well.

All works very well.
