Question about putting out more PSU power

I have a thrust of 700 PSU, and I would like to put out a little more power, I added 3 new ventilators.

Is that a possibility?

No I mean put out more voltage to PSU

you can't magically change the wattage of a psu, by adding fans.
A 4-500 Watt psu is fine for that build.

You can only change voltage of RAM, CPU in BIOS.

Maybe he wants to overclock his cpu, is that why you want to add more vcore?

You can go as far as you want with 700Watts PSU you have a lot of headroom.

Careful you don’t fry the cpu or summat if you’re going to overvolt/overclock
