Hey all. I am trying to move from Bulldog back to BT so i can get sky broadband enabled.

I called up BT and asked for "return to donor back to BT", as my line was previously with BT so they confirmed i could port my existing number back to their network no problems. They gave me a date of 26th January to move my line back to BT so i informed Bulldog of this date as well.

Today i got a letter from them. I haven't actually read it but my dad briefly took a look at it and it said something about BT charging us £37 quarterly.

The letter is at his workplace so i won't be seeing it for awhile so i just want to sort of get it out my mind as its bugging me.

Is this £37 quarterly line rental or the charge they do for doing a return to donor(i thought it was free as long as your line was previosly with BT).

Thanks

Thanks. Is the min contract 3 months? looked on the site but could only find stuff to do with the broadband.

Yeah for an existing line I believe it is. When I moved into my place I got the installed phone line reactivated and was told I had a 3 month contract. It's 12 months for newly installed lines.

That is correct.
