alright, i have 2 steam accounts, one really old from 2003 or so, which has half life 2 episode 1 on it and hl2 cs:s cs 1.6 etc, then back in 2006 i let a friend use it and it got banned from vac servers and so on which i went mental at him for cause he obviously must have cheated or summat or another, but iv got a new account now with all my games back, which i made in 2006, has cs:s hl2, hl2:ep2 and portal tf2 etc, but im wondering, is there a way of swapping hl2:ep1 to this account so i dont have to log into that other account to play it? so iv got all my half life series on one account or summat?

thanks

alright thanks. will give it a go. just thought there might of been a way of trading it to different account, iv heard of some games being tradeable or something like that

Don't think this applies if the previous account has been banned by the VAC system.

I maybe wrong though but if the account was banned, there not going to transfer the
games to another account so that potentially it can be done again without paying for the
games again or anything.

As i said though might be totally wrong.

Can you not just play the game from the old account? I though VAC only banned online play in games the account was caught out cheating in? HL2 and episodes being single player... Though I don't know anything about how VAC bans work

If it's just Episode 1 then I'd probably just buy it again personally. Get a -x% off Valve voucher from someone. Or wait for the next sale.
