I am going to build a new rig and my old win 7 disc was OEM so I know that won't work when it comes to registering the install.

Is that a full retail version that I can do a clean install on a brand new machine and use when / if i subsequently upgrade my machine again say in 12 months to new mobo/cpu etc ?
