According to the description under it yes to all.

DX10 mainly concerns the graphics card in which case you would have to buy a new card as the current ATI series does not support DX10. It's only the Nvidia 8800 series that does.

i no, i just want a good card for now(X1950pro) then mid next year im going to buy a DX10 card.
