Question about timings.....

Hi there,
I was just browsing my bios and the ram timings.
These are listed as below.....

Cas 2
Ras to Cas 3
Ras precharge 2
Tras 6

Them I am ok with.
It is these below that I need some help with...

Trc 19
Trfc 21
Trwt 6
Twr 2

Can anyone tell me the best options to set these at?
I am using Corsair XMS3500LL Pro.

After reading here I thought why not go to the Corsair forums..to which i found an answer....using the same ram and mobo as me.( asus a8n-sli premium)
It was sugested to use these settings.....

Trc 10
Trfc 12
Trwt 3
Twr 3

Thats what I put them to and have had no probs what so ever.
