Question about videos on ipod...

Ok so i'm going to buy an 80gb iPod Classic within the next month, i just have one question.

I have loads of videos already converted to mp4 which i ripped from DVDs and put onto itunes. I am wondering if the iPod will display my different videos in folders, like it does with music. So if i had the first two seasons of south park, id select 'South Park', then select 'Season One' or 'Season Two' and then it'd list all the episodes from the season there. Or will it just list every single video i have alphabetically on one page.

I'm pretty sure i have seen it organised in folders before on an ipod, however i am unsure whether this is just for videos purchased using the itunes store or if it does it with all videos.

Thanks.

Yea it is organized into series link etc, providing all the metadata is there?

Slightly off topic - http://vixy.net will save and convert YouTube videos into different formats, including iPod.

Nice site! Except it isnt gonna be there forever, so get converting!

Change your iTunes to display your videos in Coverflow/Icon view..

If it displays each season of the same show with different artwork, (and as different entities) then it will be the same on the iPod.

I just had a look on itunes and each video does have different artwork (seems to be the first frame of the video). How can i check if the metadata is there?

Cheers for the link.
Heres another one that does the same thing for if/when that other one is taken down...

Yay i found out how to do it. For anyone that wants to know...

Open up itunes.
Right click on the video.
Select 'Get Info'.
Click on the 'Video' tab.

You can then change the video type and show etc.
