Question About VRMs on 4890

I have just bought an Arctic Cooling Twin Turbo Pro to improve the cooling on my PowerColor HD4890.

I have a question about the VR chips. The cooler comes with heatsinks for the RAM and for VR chips but doesn't give any indication where they should go. Ram is obvious and I think the VRs are at the end of the card near the power connectors.

There are two different size\shape heatsinks for the VRs - not sure if I need both or whether this is a generic solution to fit different types of cards.

Also, my VRs (if they are where I think) already have a heatsink attached as standard - and it is bulkier than the ones provided with the cooler.

So questions

(i) Anyone have a diagram that shows where the VRs are on a 4890

(ii) If they already have a heatsink would it best to just stick with that one.

(iii) The VR and RAM heatsinks have sticky pads. I also have some Arctic Silver 5 two-part thermal adhesive from an earlier project (RC helicopter not PC). I guess this would be better but also permament and slightly more risky. Is the benefit worth it?

Cheers,

Nigel
