Yes, the games say "For use with PAL versions of the Wii only", so if you got a PAL Wii from Germany, then it'll work with the games.

The UK power supply is 230V only. You might need some sort of power transformer, it could depend where you get it from. Don't know for sure but that shouldn't be a big deal.
