Im rather new to all this so sorry if its a well known subject...

I noticed there are several "versions" Gigabyt , Saphire , XFX etc etc...
as i undestand it those companies are just modding them slightly or adding programs for OC...

So my question is: If i was to buy a standard ATI or any other model apart from XFX is there programs like the OverVolt tool ?
