Could I use Alcohol Ethanol as a coolant? That way I could super chill it without changing it's viscosity much and still be able to circulate it?

Sure. It'll be a solution in water. The higher the percentage ethanol, the faster it'll evaporate. It may also attack plastics, avoid acrylic in particular.

Ethylene glycol is a more common choice.

3rd topic started today in WC, 3rd topic about a cheap route to sub ambient cooling...

To save you time and hassle there really is no 'cheap' way to do it, any methods that do exist are usually very risky for both your health and the health of your machine.

Save up, buy a phase change unit or a water chiller.

+1 water chiller

If you going phase prepare to lose stuff .. Ive lost loads and just laugh my ass off each time ... I don't care how careful you are it "Will" happen.
