Question for 3D vision kit users

I've been using a v1 kit for a few years and something always bugged me about the tint as my head turns slightly left or right while keeping my eyes focused straight on the screen. It's as if the tint isn't 100% uniform across the lenses with the sides looking more blue-ish. Is this normal? It's extra noticeable with one eye closed.

Just thought I'd ask before plonking down cash to try another pair.

I use the 3D Vision 2 with Lightboost monitors and it is very clear and bright. I have heard the V1 isn't as clear and quite dark, so maybe this is making it seem blue?

I'm using a light boost monitor with v1 glasses. I thought the tech in the glasses were the same, just redesigned glasses. It only looks a little bluer when turning my head left or right slightly so my eyes are looking at an angle through the lens rather than dead centre.. if that makes sense.

I will have a check. Back in a min.

Edit:

Just had a quick play with trine 2 and nothing looks blue. Not sure what the problem is but doubt it is the glasses.
