Question for a MOD - customer service

Not sure where to post this, as the customer service forum seems to be closed?

Anyway - how long does it normally take ocuk to get back to someone when they send a web note?
I sent a message last week, and a follow up chaser on Monday, and I've still had no reply.
It's about free Ass Creed 4 game codes I got with my recent GTX 780Ti purchases. One of the codes doesn't work, saying it's already been redeemed. I found this out after selling it to someone on the MM (used the other one myself).

Luckily my buyer is being very cool about it all, but I'm disappointed in the customer service I'm seeing, or rather not seeing from ocuk regarding the issue.
Can someone/ a mod please help here?

how did you get the code? was it on a scratch off card?
Has the buyer also checked what type of code it is and they are using the right system (iirc there are uplay, origin and steam codes for AC4)

You can still post in the CS section they only appear closed as you can only see your own posts and no one elses.
