Hi
I was wondering if someone working at OcUK could give a comment here, as I wanted to order some various stuff off the website last night. I wanted to order 2 cases, 2 graphics cards, psu and some various other smaller parts, but when i arrived at the checkout and choose delivery country (Denmark) the website came with the following message:
Select Shipping Destination - Your order has exceeded the shipping tables defined by the supplier, therefore it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost. Please contact the supplier with this information as they will be happy to process your order and will then be able to correct the shipping tables.
Thank you.
I can understand that 2 cases + other stuff might not fall into the standard shipping pricing lists, and that should be able to be calculated by the sales/shipping department to reach a correct price. When I called this morning the salesrep I spoke to said that they could only ship packages to Denmark if they were under 2kgs, which I found to be slightly strange as 2kgs is not much when it comes to PC parts with retail packaging. And also that if my order was outside the standard shipping tables I was SOL (my phrasing not the rep's). I built my previous pc a few years back with a lot of parts from OcUK including a case and that package was a lot more than 2kgs and was very satisfied with my experience with OcUK, so I am very surprised that I am not able to purchase anything from OcUK unless it stays under 2kgs. Is this a new policy that has been implemented with OcUK or have i misunderstood something in this process today?
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

) so there isn't any amount of calculating that would help - splitting the order into two would probably do it though.
