Question for all 6300 owners!

hi there,
i got my Nokia 6300 yesterday, and its all totally awesome with the sole exception that pressing up on the navi-key is really hard. sometimes is clicks, but it doesn't register, and you have to push again, where it wont click but will activate, its all very mushy and hard to use.

anyway, i'm wondering if all 6300's are like this, or if they aren't, in which case i'll promptly be exchanging the handset for one that works!

please, if the up key on your 6300 is really stiff and mushy, just say yes.

I'v got one too. And yes its slightly stiffy.

for those of you who have buttons stiff and not, how long have you had/been using the phones?

i ask because mine is quite a bit less stiff than it was when i recieved it, but still not as easy as the other buttons, i'm hoping that with further use it will eventually even out

Had mine since August of last year and I've never had a problem with it in terms of stiff buttons.

I've had mine going on for 18months, the button hasn't changed in 'consistency' since getting the phone.

okay.

there must be some inconsistency with their manufacture. perhaps different factories?
