Question for Dell 3008wfp owners

My 3008wfp has this annoying buzzing sound once it's powered. It becomes less noisy after 30 mins but I can still hear it. I'm within my 3yr warranty period and can I get a replacement monitor for this reason?

after my first Dell 2407 died i got a replacement which had a very high pitch whine when powered on and the replaced it the next day.

If it was me Id rather keep the 08 rather than get the 11 since the 08 is a lovely metal body rather than the plastic (iirc) of the 3011
