Question for Photoshop bods ....

Hey all,

I've got about 100 pictures, is there an easy way in photoshop (or photopaint, gimp etc) to tile them all individually, essentially making some kind of collage of them all. I aim to make a poster like this

Yeah I was thinking about slapping them all on the page then working with them, I have around 200 photo's though I was hoping there was a nifty built in function.
I'll explore both avenues, thanks
