Hi I recently upgraded my ram to some OCZ Reaper 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-14400C7 1800MHz Dual Channel, from OC
My other parts are
Q9550, XFX 790i Ultra mb
My bios on auto and is only running the ram at 1066.7 with the timmers on 7-7-7-16 1T
Is it safe to unlink it from auto to unlinked and manuly select the right settings my self to what they should run at with the correct timmings and voltage etc and leave the processer at stock?
May seem link a noob question to you guys but i havent really played around with the bios before and dont want to break anything
