Question: How do you cook

You cut a pocket in a chicken breast, stuff with garlic butter, double dip in egg and breadcrumbs to ensure butter doesn't leak out, then deep fry for about 10 minutes. I like it plain no herbs, just garlic butter inside and plain bread crumbs.

You don't need piping bag, or cocktail skewers or the parsley, or the parmasan cheese, however do deep fat fry it.
