When the program runs it makes a duck noise and shows me graphs does that mean its unstable?

Comes up with crash code error 1.

What sec is your pc, I assume you are testing your o/c, sounds like an unstable o/c try up the voltage or drop the overclock.

Ive put the volts back to 1.7 i had it much higher.

My spec is dual core e2200 2.2 4 gig ddr 2 ram 800mhz

Geforce 8800GT

is 1.7v a typo wont last long at that unless you are on extreme cooling.
