I'm purchasing a Dell laptop for a relative who lives in Cyprus and I just want to check something with you all. When setting up a wireless router it usually asks you where your located, for Cyprus it's classed as the Middle East.

Will this only connect to devices on European frequencies or are all wireless equipment compatible?
