I've tried live chatting their helpline but there's no operators available. I gotta go back to work now.

Anyone know when they release booking/tickets for trains around Xmas? 17th December ISH...

Not sure why it would make any difference, it’s not like any new passport controls will be put in place, you have to show your passport regardless...
