Question on list of Vista updates : How do I stop optional ones showing?

Hi,

I've just finished updating my install of Vista Ultimate 32.

I've got it set so that only important updates are downloaded and installed but is there a way to stop the optional and "extras" updates to show when you open the list up?.

I know none of them have their checkboxes ticked so wont install anyway, but its annoying seeing them there in the list everytime you open the update list up.
