Question on my MoBo?

hi all, as you can see by my sig i have a gigabyte 890gpa-ud3h mobo, and just wanted to ask the question about OCing on it ( not anytime soon) would this board be suitable as i was reading on another thread about x6 mobos dying due to msi mobos with 4+1 power phase which i think my board has, in this thread there was also talk of gigabyte mobos going too with 890gx chipsets due to no mosfet cooling ( dont know whether mine has this) so the main question is will i be safe to OC in the future or will i need to change out my mobo for another?, bit of a pain because ive read mostly great reviews for this board and purchased it thinking it would be a good board for the money.

It depends on how far you push it and what other cooling you have in your system, every piece of hardware has its breaking point. What are you looking to achieve?

not looking to doing it yet, but just is it right that these boards can blow ocing a hex cpu
