Question on the OcUK kits

Hi,

I have just got my watercooling kit (OcUK Tech Lab - W16 Watercooling Kit 480) and have started the installation process but I had a question.

I have attached the compression fittings to the rad/block etc, but when I attach the tubing to the other part of the compression fitting it feels like it can easily come loose with a small tug....this worries me. Some of the guides mention having using clips, but my kit didn't come with any clips. Do I need clips or is there a method to attaching the tubing that I am missing?

Also I am not sure I have enough tubing - the kit says "2X XSPC 7/16" ID [16/11mm] Clear". I received one tube of about 1m in length, does anyone know if the kit has changed to only have one piece of tubing?

Why is it, you struggle for 30 mins on an issue, then as soon as you ask a question, you figure it out for yourself, answer was I wasn't using the fittings correctly. At least I figured it out before I started to fill with coolant :)

And have confirmed 1 piece of tubing isn't enough :(

It does indeed say 2 of the tubing. I would drop the customer service either a wee email or a phone-call and they will, I'm sure arrange to ship you out some tubing no problem.
