Question on Vram

Hi,

If I had 2 1920 x 1200 monitors but only played on one / had a film on the other should I be concerned about Vram really?
 
Some basic background might help people to answer the question! VRAM is far from the only concern, even if you have 1GB VRAM still need to know GPU and other systems details in order to give some sort of a decent answer.
