So approximately a year ago I bought a computer from ocuk and I am quite happy with my purchase.Since the last week though facing a massive problem with my card.More specific i get tons of crashes in games

Or the message about nvidia kernel encountered an error but recovered..Tried using older drivers or even updating to newest and still fail.

the funny part is that when running the windows experience index and time comes to actually run dx9 or other dx test the screen goes pixilated and I get a grade of 1..

Any ideas on how to fix this or is that a msg for me to get a new gfx card..Paid around 2k for the machine and kinda surprised on the first year I got this hiccup
 
It's not uncommon for a graphics card to be the first thing that pops. They are about the most complex, highest power drawing and warmest running part of your PC.

Does sound like the issue is a hardware failure - so get in contact with OcUK in regards to getting it replaced.
