Yes it does.

Case takes ATX upto 140mm deep. That PSU is 140mm deep.

Just a heads up for future reference. The psu is more than enough for those components but if you upgrade in the future you may need a new psu as the Strider Essential series 400w can only deliver 300w on the 12v rail.
