Will the GTX560ti actually give me better graphics, than the 460?

I mean, when we talk GPU performance etc, is it just the speed of the card? or will the 560ti deliver much better graphics than the 460?

If you already have a 460 then it isn't really worth upgrading as overclocking will produce the same results as getting a 560ti.
