Question re: 4k 60hz HDMI 2.0 port on my monitor.

Hello folks,

It has a single HDMI 2.0 port for 4k display at 60hz. It also has 2x HDMI 1.4 ports, capable of outputting 4K, but only at 30hz.

I have a pc and a PS4 Pro, both of which ideally need to use the same HDMI 2.0 port (the PS4 Pro has to use this port if you want it's take on 4K to work).

I don't fancy switching the cable round each time (a pain with this monitors port placement) so I'm wondering if something like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B072J4C42H/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

...would let me use the single HDMI 2.0 port for both devices (PC + PS4) by flicking s switch?

or just use a DP cable and connect the pc via DP?

I don't have a mini DP (back of GPU) to DP (monitor) cable but could order one easily enough.

Excuse my ignorance, will the DP 1.2 port output 4k at up to 60hz?
