Hey guy

At the moment ive got a Samsung 850 evo 1TB as my main boot/games drive.
The question is i want to get the following motherboard but i want to install a m.2 SSD just for windows and a few things.
Question is when i come to installing the m.2 on the motherboard when i change over. how do i sort out boot and installing of games after that.

I wont the m.2 as boot
but use the Samsung to install the games on because its a 1TB.
When i used to run a 10,000 WD rapter i had to use this for ever think and it got full quite quick.
My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £294.48
(includes shipping: £10.50)

If you are building a new machine its best to wipe the drives and start fresh. Back up any data you want to keep first.

Basically you build the machine, run the windows 10 installer, and select which drive you want to install windows on. This is also a good time to make sure the other drives are wiped/formatted

Then once you're in windows you install things where you want. When you download Steam, install it to whatever drive letter your 1TB SSD is and then it'll download all games to that SSD. If you add another drive later because you need moooarr games, just select a different drive letter from the steam options. Same goes for other gaming services like origin. Install the service where you want the service to install its games and it will take care of itself.

Don't forget to update the BIOS on your board when you first boot. Always a good idea to eliminate potential problems to be on latest bios.
