Question regarding freezer i accidently left open.

At the temperatures you are looking at I can see little if any bacterial growth having happened. If it hadn't melted then the temperature was still obviously below 0 degrees.
 
when i worked on freezers i made sure nothing was EVER out for longer than it should have been :), pity every other retard on the department couldn't so i switched departments :(
