Question regarding i7 and overclocking.

rjk, with the 980x being 32nm, do they tend to clock a bit higher, (cooler running id expect). And do they not require a bit more tweaking?

32nm clock better
i have had a gulftowns for ages

they clock slightly better than bloomfileds

can i reiterate - one more time

ALL BLOOMFILEDS CLOCK THE SAME

Id love to try a gulfy, sadly the finances dont permit atm, with winter now i might try and push my 920 to 4.2ghz, currently hits the low to mid 60's at prime load, cracking chip tbh.

Yes that is correct, they will both overclock the same.
