Question regarding Itunes and multiple devices?

Just wondered if there is a way i can make things easier with regards to Itunes on my situation below:

1 Computer
Me = ipad2/iphone 4
GF = iphone 4

Is there anyway how i can seperate our syncs from itunes so that her itunes account apps will not install on my iphone when i sync?

Give her a seperate user account on the computer, her iTunes will then be totally seperate from yours.

Or just chose which apps, music etc you want to sync manually via the sync screen for each device.

Always found this quite annoying about iTunes, they should allow for accounts with the program.

This is what you want to do.

I use it for keeping pointless stuff off my iPod Touch for example. No GPS = no point in any GPS dependent apps.

Do i need to sign in and out of our itunes account everytime we sync up? e.g. sign into my account when syncing my account?
