Question regarding watercooling

Hi,

I was thinking of getting the swiftech H2O 220 watercooling kit for my PC. I am new to watercooling, I just wanted to know if I would still be able to put the PC on its side while working on it while the kit is installed, would this cause any problems?

Also would I have any trouble installing this into an Antec p182 case?

Thanks, but I mean when it is installed and working all okay and say I then wanted to change the RAM, would I be able to put the PC on its side? (Sorry, should have made it more clear)
I just thought this might cause air bubbles in the system (this kit does include a reservoir)

Do you think that the 'Swiftech H2O-220 Apex Ultima' would be suitable for quiet operation mainly?

Thats the main reason I want water cooling really.
