No idea if this is the right place to post this. I did not see any other forum spots regarding return questions so I'm posting here because it relates to nothing else.

My question is simple, originally 'OCUK' sent me the wrong GPU to what I bought. I bought this (GX-000-AU) but instead received (GX-001-AU) (this is stock codes) which is the 'Extreme' version. but my issue mainly stems from the fact the LED panel on the back of the GPU is faulty and for whatever reason will not light up blue (in the colour spectrum of the Aorus Engine) so how do i go about getting a replacement even though my GPU is the wrong one to my order.

As far as I'm aware under consumer law (UK) I do not have to return the item if they sent the wrong one (especially if its a better item/version) so what do I actually do, because I know if i return the item they very well could replace it with the 'non extreme' version
