Question Related to Motherboard Standee

I am building a new system using this case:

Graphite Series™ 760T Full-Tower Windowed Case​

The standoff at the center has something already screwed within (only standoff thats got it). Here's a pic:

Is that supposed to be removed before installing the motherboard?

From what I can remember just keep it there, you don't need to do anything with it

It's a locator and support pin.

This, it's to help keep it in position for the other screws. You don't need all of them so don't worry about missing one.

Thanks all. i am only worried if the motherboard could flex but i also saw a youtube vid, states its supposed to be a snap-on to simplify alignment, will keep it unchanged for now
