Okay well this is not a problem I have but I remember I had it on my old PC. Anyway the more knowlodge the better. So my old PC which was 2GHZ, 768mb ram, 64mb radeon 9000.

Anyway the case was a black case with the side window and a blue LED fan. So every so often just randomly it made this siren noise, constant siren noise, this was hell. I had to restart the computer for it to go away. No it didn't affect my pc or its performance everything ran fine it just made this siren noise out of the blue sometimes, it was real bad. Anyway wanted to know what caused it?

Also explain this as well...

So my old PC, the processor sort of took a dump, one day I turn on the computer and I get the message that there is a serious problem etc (can't remember the exact error) this error was when you first turn on the comp and it starts to load, anyway it said press f1 to continue, it loads up Windows, then I see my processor speed has dropped from 2GHZ to 1.4GHZ  . And the PC doesn't run anything, games or even the internet, weird. I thought RAM had to do with it but the processor dropped in speed wtf?
